Really great experience with these guys They took me same day and did my install in just 2.5 hours! They also corrected previous shoddy work done by a different stereo company. They went above and beyond and helped assemble the pieces of my car that were ripped apart by a car thief. Would highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience from start to finish! The front counter guy nick was incredibly helpful and got me set up with a new subwoofer system. The prices were better than every other shop in the area for similar equipment I checked which made the decision much easier not to mention the vibes felt right. The two technicians steven and jayro installed everything did an amazing job. The installation was extremely clean and professional everything looked and sounded perfect. You can tell they take pride in their work. Even though the shop was busy they still managed to get me in the same day which was a huge plus. Overall great prices, excellent customer service and top-quality workmanship. They are definitely the go-to audio shop. I truly appreciate everything ya'll did and I'll definitely be back for more upgrades in the future!

Yeah, any company that starts out by claiming "New Ownership" and can't tell you the warranty of a product they sell, "Viper" is worthless. Apparently there was a change of ownership and the current group isn't into building bridges to customers that trusted the previous ownership. You have a lot of choices to buy what Prestige Car Audio sells. These guys could have easily said, "Hey, we charge for R&R" if the Viper alarm still has the lifetime factory warranty." Or they could have simply shared what the current Viper warranty is. As a former car stereo installer and CE salesperson, I have sold and installed dozens of Viper Alarms. Viper may have changed their warranty, so be it. Prestige Car Audio may have new ownership, so be it. Not knowing the warranty of your product after owning a business that sells it for two years? Fail! If it turns out that the alarm is still covered by Viper, outstanding, there are plenty of other places that might appreciate the business.

I bought a new Kenwood car radio for my wife's car last week. My wife and I needed a little more directions on how to set the stations and to work the CD player. Nick was very helpful answering all our questions. We were pleased with the installation of the radio as well.

Nick and Jairo and the BEST in the business. I’ve spent more money in aftermarket audio and double din screens than I care to mention but since connecting with Nick and Jairo they get all of our business for both our business cars and our personal cars. It’s been now over 5 years and I wouldn’t go with anyone else, These guys are honest, no nonsense and trust worthy, 5 stars all around. They have easily done 8 of our vehicles and I’ve recommended anyone and everyone that asks me about car audio.
